Get templates approved
Meta reviews each message template before it can be broadcast. Replies to customers who write in need no template.
Start messaging
Answer chats from the shared inbox, send broadcasts and build chatbot flows.
Official API
Messages go through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, the official WhatsApp Business Platform.
What Meta bills
Meta charges its own rate for template messages, billed by Meta to the card on your WhatsApp Business account, at cost.
What Konviq stores
Your inbox (messages and media fetched from Meta), contacts, broadcasts and payment links, on servers in Singapore. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
