Pricing questions
What do I pay Meta, and what do I pay Konviq?
Meta's own charge for template messages is billed by Meta to your card, on your WhatsApp Business account, at Meta's rate. Konviq's fee is separate and small: it comes out of your prepaid Konviq wallet for each template message (see the table above). Replies inside the 24-hour service window carry no Konviq fee.
How does the Konviq wallet work?
Top up from ₹500 to ₹50,000 at a time (plus 18% GST) by UPI, card or net banking. Each template message takes its fee when it is sent; if the message fails, the fee comes back. When the balance cannot cover a message, it is not sent and you are asked to top up. Wallet credit is not refundable except where the law requires it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 14 days with Growth plan features and ₹50 of wallet credit. No card needed to start.
What happens when my plan or trial ends?
Your account becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, but messages stop until you renew. Plans are paid in advance for a month or a year; pay again to extend.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Yes. A year costs 10 months on every plan, so two months are free.
