Does Konviq use the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's signup popup, and messages go through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. Your number and your WhatsApp Business account stay yours.
Where is my data kept?
Konviq stores your inbox (messages and media), contacts, broadcasts and payment links so your team can work on them. It is hosted on servers in Singapore, and WhatsApp access tokens are stored encrypted. You can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted at any time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 14 days with Growth plan features and ₹50 of wallet credit for message fees. No card needed to start.
How is Konviq priced?
A monthly or yearly plan (Starter ₹1,299, Growth ₹2,799, Pro ₹5,499 a month, plus 18% GST; a year costs 10 months), plus a small Konviq fee per template message from a prepaid wallet. Meta's own charge for template messages is billed by Meta to your card. Replies inside the 24-hour service window carry no Konviq fee.
How long does it take to get started?
Create an account, click "Connect WhatsApp" and finish Meta's signup popup with your business details and number. Meta must approve a message template before you can broadcast it; replies to customers who write in work straight away.
Can I connect more than one number?
Yes. The Pro plan connects up to 3 WhatsApp numbers with 15 agents. Extra agents on any plan cost ₹499 a month each.
